Specialist for Enterprise Customer Success
Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date on the InEvent platform and services so you can help clients with questions and offer the best solution and next step for their project(s);
- Review customer complaints and try to make all parts of the customer’s experience with the company better;
- Promote the worth of the InEvent platform and upsell by focusing on the customer or client experience;
- All Customer Success efforts should suggest ways to improve the processes that are already in place;
- Emails and video calls can be used to help Enterprise clients.
Ideal shape
- You must have worked in Customer Success or Account Management for at least one year;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good work relationships;
- You must have technical skills;
- Personal responsibility and planning are very important;
- Deep knowledge of how customers use goods and how they feel about them, as well as the ability to solve problems as needed.
- It helps to know HTML and CSS.
