The Opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our launch team as a Sales Associate & Micro-Welding Jewelry Artist. This is an entry-level role where no prior jewelry experience is necessary—we provide full, hands-on training in our unique micro-welding technique. About Our Process

Our micro-welding technique uses a safe, specialized tool to create a tiny spark that fuses chains and charms. This process allows customers to design completely custom, perfectly fitted bracelets, necklaces, and anklets. You will guide clients through this creative journey, helping them craft a piece that is as unique as they are.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will blend customer service, hands-on craftsmanship, and studio operations:

Customer Experience & Sales:

First, you will welcome every customer warmly, providing attentive and consultative service.
You will guide clients in selecting chains, charms, and custom combinations that suit their style.
A core duty involves confidently explaining the micro-welding process, materials (like gold-filled and sterling silver), and aftercare instructions.
Furthermore, you will handle transactions via mobile money and POS systems and maintain accurate sales records.

Micro-Welding & Craftsmanship (Full Training Provided):

You will learn to operate our safe, beginner-friendly micro-welding machine to create seamless, professional welds.
You will take precise customer measurements and prepare components using small hand tools.

Studio Operations:

You will ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, restocking charms and chains, and notifying the team when supplies are low.
Finally, you will support the studio needs during weekends, peak hours, and special pop-up events.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a reliable and personable team member with the following attributes:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is essential (e.g., retail, hospitality, boutique sales).
An SHS certificate or Diploma is preferred.
A friendly, approachable demeanor and confidence in engaging with diverse customers.
Strong attention to detail, steady hands, and good fine-motor skills for delicate work.
High reliability, punctuality, and clear communication.
Must reside within an easy commuting distance of the Osu area.
An ability to take simple photos or videos for social media is a welcome bonus.
