Job Title: Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be central to our commercial success, encompassing a diverse range of sales activities:

  • Execute the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager to consistently achieve monthly sales targets, renewal goals, and profitability objectives.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients through systematic market prospecting.
  • Deliver compelling and professional sales presentations that clearly demonstrate the benefits of Rentokil Initial services.
  • Conduct site surveys when necessary to assess technical requirements and prepare accurate pricing proposals.
  • Develop creative offers and targeted approaches for key prospects using available marketing tools.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular courtesy visits and introduce new products and services.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete request fulfillment.
  • Educate customers on how to maximize value from our services through proper processes and support.
  • Prepare detailed offers, guide them through to signed contracts, and provide dedicated after-sales follow-up.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure seamless communication of new sales and renewals to the Operations Department.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records in Rentokil Initial’s CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to promote our service portfolio.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or B2B selling within relevant markets.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Experience in reporting and monitoring sales activities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability in decision-making and problem-solving.
