POSITION: Accounts Officer

Mazars Advisory is seeking a skilled Accounts Officer to join our team. Your Mission

You will maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure that all accounting activities align with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities

Your role spans record keeping, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance. Here is what you will tackle:

Financial Record Keeping

  • You will maintain accurate and up to date financial records, ensuring all transactions reflect properly in the general ledger.
  • Processing invoices and payments with precision keeps vendor relationships strong and cash flow steady.

Accounts Management

  • You will manage accounts payable and receivable, tracking obligations and collections to maintain healthy working capital.
  • Performing accounts reconciliation regularly ensures that records align with bank statements and supporting documentation.

Financial Reporting

  • You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements that provide clear visibility into organizational performance.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts supports strategic planning and resource allocation.

Compliance & Audit Support

  • You will support auditing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
  • Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities requires investigative skills and a commitment to accuracy.

Decision Support

  • You will support financial decision making by providing accurate data, insightful analysis, and timely reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience
