The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is central to managing client communications, generating business leads, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, playing a key role in building sustainable trust and supporting our business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

You will be the frontline ambassador for our firm, managing a diverse range of client interactions. Your primary duties will include:

  • First, you will professionally manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and electronic communications.
  • You will identify and assess client needs through active listening to provide accurate information and achieve complete satisfaction.
  • A core responsibility involves building lasting, trust-based relationships with client accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Furthermore, you will generate and qualify new sales leads, contributing directly to the firm’s growth targets.
  • You will also handle client complaints with empathy, providing appropriate solutions within set timeframes and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Additionally, you will meticulously maintain records of all client interactions, process account updates, and manage relevant documentation.
  • You will consistently meet or exceed personal and team-based targets for call handling, lead generation, and service quality.
  • Finally, you will adhere strictly to all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience, skill, and a client-first attitude:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two to three years of proven experience in a customer support or client service representative role.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding performance quotas and targets.
  • Strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle detailed client inquiries.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the adaptability to respond effectively to diverse client personalities.
  • Outstanding ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time efficiently in a professional setting.
