Major Duties
- Help in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to reach company objectives.
- Manage marketing campaigns, making sure they align with the brand and connect with target audiences.
- Work together with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that promote revenue growth.
- Examine market trends and competitor actions to modify strategies.
- Oversee marketing budgets and assets to enhance return on investment.
- Offer direction and support to the sales and marketing groups.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing, with a preference for leadership experience.
- Robust communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively and enhance team productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline.
