POSITION: Growth Manager

Job Description

• The Growth Manager is responsible for creating and implementing growth initiatives to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• The ideal applicant should be knowledgeable in fintech, data-driven, and creative in implementing growth strategies.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics, to discover growth opportunities and execute effective campaigns.
• Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze data to find growth possibilities, track success indicators, and improve campaigns to meet objectives.
• Work with the Product, Marketing, and Data teams to plan and implement growth experiments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help shape growth strategies and uncover new market opportunities.
• Create and enhance user onboarding processes to boost activation rates and lower churn.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Use data-driven insights to develop engaging content and messaging that resonates with your target audience.
• Establish and develop contacts with external partners to investigate co-marketing opportunities and collaborations.
• To continually improve growth plans, and stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a closely connected discipline.
• An MBA or comparable qualification is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in growth or a related function, ideally in the fintech, startup, or technology industries.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle various initiatives and efficiently prioritize activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A self-starter with a growth mentality and a strong desire for innovation and problem-solving.
