Job Purpose
Ensures that the required Quality Management System processes are established and implemented on-site in compliance with Group standards (GSOP) and ISO certifications.
Job Description
- Ensures that the quality management system meets the standards of API Q1 and API Q2 specifications.
- Ensures that all processes required for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained.
- Reports to management (country and regional) on the performance of the quality management system and areas for improvement.
- Ensures that action(s) are taken to correct nonconformities, and raises understanding of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Supervise the subsea PSM activities indicated in the program in compliance with the client’s procedures and guidelines.
- Promotes an incident-free and positive HSEQ culture throughout all TechnipFMC worksites.
- Conducts process failure/root cause investigations in Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
- Enforcing strict adherence to Project Quality Plans, ITPs, initiating corrective actions, ensuring effective closeout, and technical document write-ups.
- Manages all fabrication yard operating tasks, including project quality document checks.
- Promotes quality culture. Responsible for quality process management and implementation in accordance with standards and laws.
- Helps define site/project objectives and metrics (KPI), ensures reporting is in place, analyzes performance, offers corrective or improvement measures, and generates reports.
Requirements
- This profession requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in quality.
- 5 to 10 years of experience with a formal management system.
- ISO Auditor Certification.
- Working knowledge of welding and nondestructive assessment (NDE), if applicable.
- Fluent in English.
Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Laws, Codes and Standards
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- The ability to interpret a range of directions provided in written, oral, visual, or timetable format.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time, and set priorities.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to meet departmental goals.
- Capable of handling numerous jobs at once.
- Ability to work with a multicultural workforce, clients, and subcontractors.
