We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic production team. This hands-on role is central to our core manufacturing processes. You will operate specialized machinery, ensure product quality, and contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient production floor. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented technician with practical experience in plastic manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for key stages of the manufacturing process. Your core duties will include:

First, you will operate and manage plastic extrusion machines to produce consistent, high-quality profiles and sheets.
You will handle printing processes on plastic materials, ensuring accurate graphics and color application.
A primary responsibility involves performing precise plastic cutting and finishing tasks to meet exact product specifications.
Furthermore, you will conduct rigorous quality control checks throughout production to maintain our high standards.
You will also adhere to and promote all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Additionally, you will support the routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of production machinery.
Finally, you will maintain accurate production logs and communicate any process irregularities to the shift supervisor.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with direct hands-on experience:

Proven, practical experience operating plastic extrusion machinery, along with printing and cutting processes.
The ability to efficiently manage production machinery and adjust settings for optimal output.
A strong focus on detail and a steadfast commitment to product quality.
High energy, reliability, and the capability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to follow complex technical instructions.
Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, plastics technology, or a related field is a strong advantage.
