Responsibilities

Execute LTE and 5G field protocol testing, SIM OTA activation testing, and UE validation
Develop and run test plans aligned with project schedules and carrier requirements
Analyze UE logs using tools such as QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark, and ShannonDM
Perform KPI trending and recommend optimizations to improve device performance
Troubleshoot issues reported from customer labs, field sites, and production networks
Support product and software release evaluations through structured QA processes
Convert customer requirements into system-level test scenarios
Travel up to 25% as required for field deployments

Requirements

Associate’s degree in a technical or related field
0–3 years of experience with LTE / 5G / NR field testing (preferred)

Experience analyzing OTA signaling and UE performance metrics
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
