NABCO Secretariat urges Trainees not to pay any amount to Coordinators

September 9th, 2021 at 07:24 pm

Our attention has been drawn to a circular indicating some NaBCo trainees being coerced by their district coordinators to pay an unwarranted amount of money ranging from 30 – 100 cedis to facilitate their permanency.

This is an act of extortion; and it is highly unacceptable; Hence condemnable.

No trainee under any circumstance must grease anyone’s elbow; circumstances include – signing of timesheet, payment of arrears, being made permanent e.t.c

Even though investigations are ongoing, you are encouraged to report such unscrupulous district coordinators to the regional coordinators.

You can as well comment if your coordinator is one of these bad apples.
