Responsibilities:
- Providing great service to make sure that customers are happy
- Training and mentoring staff to help the sales team reach their sales goals.
- Making business plans to bring in new customers, increase store traffic, and make more money.
- Hiring, training, and keeping an eye on new employees.
- Responding in a professional way to customer complaints and concerns.
- Making sure the store follows all health and safety rules.
- Creating and setting up promotional materials and displays in stores.
- Putting together detailed reports about buying patterns, customer needs, and profits.
- Managing the store’s budget and keeping financial records up-to-date are examples of store administration tasks.
- Keeping track of how many items are in stock and ordering more.
Requirement
Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
