The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, in collaboration with the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), is proud to announce the launch of its distinguished Moroccan Scholarship Programme for the 2025–2026 academic year. This initiative aims to support exceptional students from eligible countries who wish to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral degrees in Morocco’s esteemed public universities, renowned higher education institutions, and specialized vocational training centers.
The Moroccan Scholarship Programme stands out for its commitment to fostering international academic exchange and cultural diversity. Each year, it provides a unique opportunity for 20 talented international students to immerse themselves in Morocco’s rich educational landscape, renowned for its vibrant academic and cultural milieu. Recipients of this fully funded scholarship will benefit not only from tuition coverage but also from a comprehensive support system that enhances their learning experience.

Available Programs
Students can engage in studies in different disciplines (humanities, sciences, engineering, economics, Islamic studies, and others) throughout Morocco:
- State Universities
- Tertiary Institutions
- Centers for Vocational Training.
Scholarship Benefits
- Monthly Allowance: 1,750 Moroccan Dirhams (~USD $175) for living costs (distributed bi-monthly).
- Travel Assistance: A one-way ticket to Morocco initially and a return ticket at the end of the program.
- Insurance Coverage: Encompasses medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and repatriation (through Finassure).
- Thesis Assistance: One-time grant for printing Master’s/PhD theses (contingent on certain conditions).
- Housing Support: Students who do not secure university accommodation are granted an additional 500 Dirhams (~$50) monthly.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants for Undergraduate Programs
- Age: 19–23 years
- Academic Qualification: Achieved CAPE/Associate Degree in 2024 with a Grade of A or B, or will graduate in 2025.
- Consistently high academic achievement during the past two semesters.
Applicants for the Master’s Program
- Possess a bachelor’s degree (1st or 2nd class) or its equivalent in the relevant field.
- Excellent academic performance and pertinent experience.
PhD Applicants
- Possess a Master’s degree or an equivalent relevant certification.
- Required to submit a research thesis/dissertation and a PhD proposal.
