An established Microfinance Company requires results-oriented persons in the following positions:
1) Business Development/Marketing Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising Loan Sales Agents and ensuring that they meet their targets.
- Involve in marketing activities by prospecting for new clients and new businesses
Manage customers by ensuring that their complaints are addressed promptly.
Identify new business opportunities and recommend to management strategies to penetrate into such areas
- Periodic report on Loan Sales Agents performance and the marketing department.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures Requirements:
- HND/University degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Marketing or other related field.
Minimum of 2 years in Microfinance Operations in Ghana
Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Microfinance sector
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to evaluate complex statistical financial information.
Report writing skills.
2) LOAN SALES AGENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma and SHS holders may apply for the Loan Sales Agent position.
