JOB TITLE: Manager Administration
JOB PURPOSE:
The jobholder will be responsible for handling the entire gamut of Administration Functions for the Group in Ghana.
DUTIES:
- End to End Administration: Handling end to end administration for the Organization Repairs & Maintenance, Handling of all AMC’s, Housekeeping & Cleanliness, Budgeting for all admin work
- Fleet Management: Handling the fleet for the organization, Repairs & Maintenance of the fleet, Procurement & allotment of the fleet, Drivers Training & Deployment, Budgeting for all Fleet Management
- Security: Handling the complete security for the organization, Designing the security system & processes, Handling the security agencies, Deployment of Police & ensuring safety across the Organization, Budgeting for all security projects
- Fire & Safety: Handling the complete Fire & Safety measures for the organization, Designing the strategy for the Fire & Safety controls, Defining the process & procedures for Fire & Safety measures, Suggesting interventions to prevent fire & safeguard companies assets, Budgeting for all fire & safety projects
- Immigration & Protocol Services: Handling the immigration & Protocol services Quota Administration Visa Processing & ticketing
- Liaising & Statutory Compliances: Handling the statutory compliances, Handling all liaising with all Government agencies, Handling all PR’s
- Property Management: Identification of the property for the organization, registering all agreements, renewing all the lease agreements, ensuring that the rentals are paid as per the agreement, Maintenance of all company property & premises.
Experience:
15 – 20 Years of experience in managing the end to end Administration Function of a Large Organization with the Expat Management background
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Age & Sex : 35- 40, Male
