Job Duties

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with a team to enhance existing application platforms.
Understanding the operational needs of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Assessing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics software applications and custom solutions.
Integrating new enhancements with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
Evaluating deployment changes through effective change and release management cycles.
Creating and maintaining documentation for current systems and applied patches.
Providing ongoing support for post-deployment issues and maintenance services.

Job Requirements

Candidates interested in this role should meet the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Technology, IT, or Computer Science.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics development.
An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience may also be acceptable.
Additionally, applicants should have relevant work authorization, including H-1B, OPT, or equivalent statuses to work in the USA.
