Responsibilities

Support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS)
Provide deep business and technical expertise on Medicaid systems and data
Analyze Medicaid business rules, processes, and system components
Design technical solutions, including ETL workflows and data integrations
Develop and maintain logical and physical data models
Manage data interfaces between MES modules and external partners
Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and Managed Care Plans
Participate in Agile ceremonies and track work using Agile boards
Report on system readiness, data quality, and implementation progress

Requirements

Strong Medicaid business knowledge clearly demonstrated on the resume
Prior experience supporting Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES)
Background as a technical developer or systems analyst
Hands-on experience with ETL development and solution design
Proficiency with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, and PL/SQL
Experience with Talend or similar data integration tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and work tracking tools
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
Willingness to attend on-site interviews and work in Richmond, VA
