The Digital Volunteer Program is our flagship talent program which will allow our volunteers to participate in real-life projects whiles developing a unique skillset. We are working together with our global partners -Microsoft, Google, IBM- to build Africa’s talent pipeline and maximize digital assets across Africa.

- Planning and monitoring program execution
- Project coordination and managing project interdependencies

- Use a variety of structured and unstructured datasets to test hypotheses, discover hidden relationships, and provide actionable insights to the business units
- Design, develop and test machine learning models to industrialize predictive and prescriptive insight into our operations to solve real business problems
- Use data visualization to engage the audience in a compelling way, enabling effective storytelling
- Manage data collection, Interpret data, analyze results using
statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports; - Communicate effectively the results of our analysis and discuss the subsequent action plan with the client.

- Analyze staffing data for effective decision making
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters, and recommend needed changes.
- Perform staffing duties, including strategic business partnering, talent management, performance management, training, and development.

- Managing overall live event shows
- Plan and schedule programs and guests
- Research on topics that align with organizational goals
- Work with other stakeholders to gain valuable insights through open dialogue
- Publish these insights in blogs internally & externally

6 . BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Identify, scope, prioritize and target potential opportunities.
- Develop pitch and roadmap to win new customers and discharge strategic targets.
- Build wide and effective networks of contacts within relevant market sectors
- Work collaboratively with colleagues; sharing knowledge to ensure a smooth-running operation,
- Attend relevant industry exhibitions and networking events

- Planning and posting original, engaging branded content across all social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Maintain content, monitor performance, and help develop advertising strategies on digital media accounts, primarilyGoogle.
- Produce reports on analytics across all social and digital platforms.
- Checking social and digital accounts daily for alerts and mentions, responding accordingly.
- Connecting followers with appropriate team members with courteous, informed, professional engagement.
- Using project and proof management software to coordinate with other team members on multi-faceted projects.

- Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically, and translate complex findings into written text.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Conduct research on target population opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
- Measure and assess customer satisfaction.
