Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

JOB PURPOSE

The successful applicant shall be responsible for overseeing the promotion of the Organization’s brands. He/ She shall track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Firstly, Market the product through existing network of potential clients.
• Secondly, Conduct analysis of target market and customer needs.
• Thirdly, Support and manage the marketing team.
• Moreover, Close sales to achieve monthly target.
• Additionally, Liaise with other internal Departments such as sales and distribution.

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar related field.
• MBA in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar role.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• To begin with, Strong selling skills
• Then, Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Also, Problem solving skills
• Moreover, Must have high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure
• Additionally, Excellent presentation skills
• Finally, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
