Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, your duties will include:

• Assisting senior account/project managers with all client-related tasks for German clients.
• Supporting the Client Services department by managing account managers’ mailboxes during their absences.
• Organizing proofs, packshots, sample photography, and courier services.
• Preparing quotations and setting tasks in the internal system, Workbook.
• Assigning tasks within the ESKO system and tracking project progress meticulously.
• Ensuring tasks are executed promptly and to the highest standards.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients to foster trust.
• Communicating effectively in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Coordinating with the studio manager and design departments to schedule production tasks.
• Assisting in preparing briefing documents for digital artwork and internal design projects.

Qualifications for the Role

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in German, equivalent to a native speaker, is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience: 6 to 12 months of administrative experience in an office environment.
• Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
