Full Job Description

The chosen applicant is responsible for:

  • Putting together and cooking food
  • Overseeing and directing kitchen operations
  • Cleaning the kitchen and areas used for labor
  • Making menus
  • Managing and computing expenses
  • Managing the kitchen crew
  • Maintaining Inventory Records for Food and Equipment
  • Preparing a range of dishes
  • Placing the order and monitoring the supply
  • Preparing food for customers with intolerances

Job Requirement

The chosen applicant is expected to:

  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have exceptional hand-eye coordination
  • It’s necessary to be able to adapt to changes.
  • It ought to be genuine and reliable.
  • Need to keep customers in mind
