The U.S. Census Bureau projected the United States population will be 332,403,650 on Jan. 1, 2022. This represents a 0.21% increase in population or an additional 706,899 people since New Year’s Day 2021. Per the estimation of the rise in the population growth, the was indeed growth in the numbers.

The list below is the ranking of the population from the highest to the lowest by state and their percentages;

  • Thirdly, Florida – 21,538,187 = 6.47%
