Your Key Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Officer, you will be the operational backbone for our fleet services. Your day-to-day activities will be diverse and impactful, directly contributing to the smooth running of our vehicle operations.

Your core duties will include:

Coordinating vehicle scheduling and dispatch to ensure optimal allocation for daily tasks.
Maintaining meticulous and current records for all vehicle maintenance schedules and service histories.
Proactively scheduling maintenance appointments and coordinating with repair shops.
Processing and managing all invoices related to fuel, repairs, and general vehicle upkeep.
Monitoring vehicle performance metrics to identify and report potential issues early.
Providing immediate support to drivers facing road incidents such as breakdowns or accidents.
Generating detailed reports on fleet activity to inform data-driven management decisions.
Potentially conducting basic vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure and fluid levels.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a sharp, detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

An HND or Degree in a relevant discipline.
Zero to four years of professional experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career.
A professional certification would be a distinct advantage, though not mandatory.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
A proactive mindset with the initiative to identify and solve problems independently.
The capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and an assertive yet professional manner when dealing with clients.
