Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
To offer support and training on IT services and applications, to all IT users across the LMI Holdings Group
Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
Managing and Deploying Microsoft 365, delivering IT training and support services.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to relay technical information to non-technical users
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Multitasking
- Attention to detail
Minimum Qualification:
- Professional Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computing, from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Not required. Just your passion to offer support, teach others and learn!
