POSITION: Telesales Manager

Purpose of the Role
Oversee and inspire the telesales team to provide exceptional client service, meet sales goals, and promote revenue expansion.
Requirements
- A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in sales management, marketing, social sciences, or a related area is necessary.
- Having a second degree or a professional qualification is beneficial.
- A minimum of 7 years of intense telesales experience; with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Having experience in the financial sector is beneficial.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Guide the Telesales team’s efforts to meet the channel’s objectives and strategies.
- Hire and develop the telesales team.
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations and activations for individuals and groups.
- Lead and inspire a group of telesales representatives to achieve both personal and collective sales targets.
- Supervise and assess telesales calls to guarantee quality and compliance with company standards.
- Offer continuous training and guidance to telesales agents to enhance their sales skills and understanding of the products.
- Create and incorporate sales scripts along with customer response documents.
- Carry out frequent performance evaluations and offer feedback to telesales agents to improve their effectiveness.
- Conduct and deliver sales presentations and activations to both individuals and groups.
- Work together with various departments, including marketing and customer service, to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
- Examine sales figures and trends to pinpoint areas needing enhancement and create action strategies accordingly.
- Create regular activity and performance reports for the assessment of the Head of Retail Marketing.
- Establish and nurture connections with clients and stakeholders.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned within the range and context of the position.
