Job Description.

Atlantic International Holding Company is looking for qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions.

1. Transport Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure that vehicle performance is monitored, recorded, and improved.
• Work closely with drivers to ensure that processes and procedures run well.
• Schedule car maintenance and inspections.
• Manage car registration, insurance, and compliance.
• Maintain logistics data and create reports.
• Liaise with teams and departments about vehicle allotment.
• Vehicle-related difficulties should be reported to management promptly.

Required Skill or Experience

• HND or diploma in automotive mechanics.

Skill or Experience

• Proven experience in flight management or an equivalent position.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
• Good record-keeping skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of organizational health and safety is advantageous.

2. HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Installing air conditioning and refrigeration systems at customer homes and project sites. This must be done in accordance with the company’s established procedures and standards.
• Carry out inspections for upcoming offerings, including equipment kinds, load calculations, and material requirements.
• Responsible for troubleshooting all issues and repairing damaged equipment. This includes replacing all problematic components to guarantee that the equipment performs within its intended boundaries.
• Responsible for inspecting clients’ premises or project sites to assess requirements.
• Prepare and submit job cards for the day’s activities to the Supervisor and Service Engineer.
• Maintain the goal of generating value for the organization in all efforts.
• Make every attempt to react to client requests and queries (by email and other channels) on the same day.

Required Skill or Experience

• Qualifications: NVTI Certificate I or II, HND in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration and Airconditioning).

Skill or Experience

• Knowledge of organizational health and safety is advantageous.
• Ability to be pleasant, friendly, and professional when dealing with consumers.
• Available on Saturdays and outside of Accra.
