POSITION: Finance and Grants Manager

Job Description

Robert Walters is recruiting a strategic Finance and Grants Manager for a prominent agricultural sector client. This senior role provides comprehensive oversight of the company’s financial management, donor reporting, and compliance framework. You will merge core financial leadership with specialized project based accountability, managing key reports for initiatives like the Trade Hub and Private Investment. Your core mission is ensuring strict financial control, adherence to guidelines, and operational efficiency across all Ghana based activities.

Primary Responsibilities and Impact

You will assume full responsibility for the integrity and performance of the finance function.
Lead all finance operations, including strategic budgeting, accurate forecasting, and full statutory compliance.
Prepare detailed financial reports, management accounts, reliable cash flow projections, and oversee the annual audit process.
Manage all grant and donor reporting, ensuring meticulous expenditure tracking, guideline compliance, and timely submission.
