Currently, we are seeking a Digitalization Manager to drive our Industry 4.0 initiatives, reporting directly to the Engineering and Projects Director.

The Role and Its Impact

You will be responsible for developing a modern industrial landscape that delivers the core benefits of Industry 4.0, aligning directly with our strategic business and shareholder objectives. This is a pivotal role within a growing multinational FMCG company at a dynamic stage of consolidation and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Your focus will be on strategic development, technological integration, and organizational leadership.

Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive digitalization and Industry 4.0 strategies that support overall business goals.
Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and integration of key technologies, including IoT, AI, big data analytics, and cloud computing into manufacturing and business processes.
Process Optimization: Drive the automation and optimization of manufacturing and supply chain operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Data Management: Establish robust systems for data collection, classification, and analysis to enable real-time decision-making and performance monitoring.
Change Management and Leadership: Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring effective collaboration between IT and operational teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

We seek a committed, action-oriented problem solver with excellent relational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Candidates must possess a BSc or MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have a minimum of seven years of experience in engineering and project management.
Demonstrate proven experience in factory automation, instrumentation, and control systems.
Possess working knowledge of industrial IT systems, including industrial software and IoT platforms.
Show hands-on experience with relevant platforms such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4 HANA) and CRM software.
Previous experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Exhibit strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills for resource allocation and driving innovation.
Have excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration abilities.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the capability to coordinate complex projects across cross-functional teams.
