POSITION: Service Centre Manager
Mechanic on Wheels is a growing automobile service centre with a strong vision to become an industry leader. Our foundational framework is established, and we are now seeking a dedicated and driven Service Centre Manager to lead our daily operations and grow with the business. Key Responsibilities and Leadership Duties
You will be the operational leader responsible for the centre’s performance, team coordination, and customer experience.
- Manage the comprehensive day-to-day operations of the service centre to ensure seamless functionality.
- Supervise mechanics and technicians directly, ensuring high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Handle all key customer interactions, building trust, resolving concerns, and ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor workflow, technician productivity, and strict adherence to service timelines to maximize output and reliability.
- Maintain and enforce superior service standards, workshop discipline, and a professional, safe work environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience and a deep commitment to the automotive service industry.
- Possess prior, demonstrable experience in managing an automobile service centre, workshop, or similar automotive operation.
