As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of Alanyo Group, directly engaging with customers and driving our sales initiatives forward. Your primary focus will be building customer relationships, promoting our products, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through persistent effort and effective selling techniques.
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while representing the Alanyo Group brand.
Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Utilize social media platforms to identify potential leads and promote products where applicable.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team strategy discussions.

Your Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification: Senior High School (SHS) certificate or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Proactive approach and customer-friendly attitude
Resident in or around Kasoa, Keneshie, Lapaz, Weija, or Dansoman

Preferred Qualifications:

2-3 years of demonstrated sales experience
Experience with social media selling and digital customer engagement
Background in retail or direct customer sales
