L’aîné Services Limited needs the service of an Accountant.
Technical Requirements:
- As part of the monthly financial reporting process, complete general accounting tasks and reports as needed.
- Complete the activities on the service level agreement for balancing the books.
- Prepare and look over the income statement and the balance sheet, and bring any problems to the attention of management.
- Financial data can be sent to and received from ERP (Accounting system).
- Do the accounting tasks that have been given to you to help with the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Help with both internal and external audits as needed
- Help important financial information get out on time
- Check how well KPIs and SLAs are being met and how well the activities are being done.
- Make sure to follow IFS.
- Watch over how the company’s budget is made and managed.
Experience and Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with an accounting option, or a similar field.
- At least three years of work experience in auditing or accounting.
- Professional course, ICA/ACCA qualified or partially
- A deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with the general ledger and the closing process at the end of the month or year.
- Good at MS Word and PowerPoint and very good at MS Excel.
- Excellent skills in coordinating and managing people to help the organization reach its goals.
- Good at talking to people.
