About the Role
You will support assay data processing within SCHARP’s clinical trial operations. This includes defining data pipeline requirements alongside programmers and engineers. Additionally, you will lead development of laboratory data standards organisation-wide. You will also serve as subject matter expert on assay data collection. SCHARP currently manages over 40 active clinical trials across 150 global sites. Base salary ranges between $97,822 and $146,682 annually, based on experience.

Job Duties
- Define requirements for assay data pipeline configurations and builds
- Collaborate with laboratories and statisticians on data quality plans
- Lead development of laboratory data standards across the organisation
- Implement CDISC standards into laboratory data structures
- Support staff with technical guidance on laboratory assay practices
- Provide feedback to leadership on infrastructure and tool development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field required
- 6 years of relevant laboratory or data management experience
- Experience developing data specifications for storage and interchange
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience programming in SAS, R, Python, or SQL preferred
- Graduate degree in a related scientific field is a plus
