POSITION: IT Officer
Job Overview:

Duties
- Set up, adjust, and manage computer systems, applications, and networks.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, encompassing desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Offer technical assistance to users, involving the identification and solution of IT-related issues.
- Guarantee the safety of IT systems, encompassing data backup, antivirus safeguards, and access restrictions.
- Oversee and track network infrastructure, comprising routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Establish and uphold IT policies, procedures, and standards to guarantee compliance and security.
- Assess and suggest new technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work together with different departments to comprehend IT needs and requirements.
- Organize and carry out IT projects, such as upgrades, migrations, and installations.
- Record IT systems, setups, and processes for knowledge dissemination and training purposes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT support or management.
- Solid technical understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Outstanding abilities in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Understanding of network protocols, security concepts, and optimal practices.
