Experienced kitchen supervisor to supervise kitchen staff
Qualification
- HND/higher qualification in catering or related field
Key responsibilities also include
- 1. Supervise kitchen staff
- 2. Supervise preparation of food to meet required standards
- 3. Ensure food is prepared under hygienic conditions
- 4. Bring experience to bear on organization of kitchen, managing requisition of food items, eliminating waste and improving general standards of kitchen
