POSITIONS:
1 . Senior Maintenance Superintendent
Responsible for the management and control of a comprehensive maintenance and repair processes pertaining to the Process Plant & Mine Infrastructure with the aim of improving plant performance in terms of safety, effective operational cost control, equipment availability/reliability, and risk mitigating initiatives and contract management. Formulate and execute maintenance strategies to maximize operational efficiencies, safety, and profitability in alignment with the organization’s overall goal.

2 . Senior Superintendent – Electrical & Instrumentation
Responsible for the development and implementation of all electrical, instrumentation, communication and controls aspects of Electrical Maintenance functions through the application of operational policies, standards, and procedures in a sustainable cost-effective manner and minimize operational risks in order to meet the organizational strategic objectives.

Estimate and propose optimum mine planning results in achieving planned objects and calculate ore reserves in agreement with established planning programs similar as cut-off grades and legislative conditions
