- Never obtained a degree at this level before.
- An authentic identity document or asylum seeker certificate
- High school diploma along with transcript (minimum average grade: “Good”)
- Motivational piece (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- A recommendation letter from your school or workplace.
- Health certificate (general fitness & HIV/AIDS examination)
- Form for application (Obtain from the portal)
- Optional: Invitation Letter from a university in Kazakhstan.
Applicants Seeking a Master’s Degree
- New applicant at the Master’s level
- Undergraduate degree with a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0
- Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- Two letters of recommendation
- Authorized identification document
- Notarized academic record with translation (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- Health certificates (general and for HIV/AIDS)
- Certificate of language proficiency (unless prior education was in the same language). Approved Exams & Minimum Scores:
