We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the vacant position of a Personal Assistant in our reputable company.
Job Responsibilities
- To begin with, Generate reports
- Secondly, Prepare presentations
- Then, Manage paperwork and filing
- Also, Order supplies and schedule office equipment maintenance
- Moreover, Manage calendars
- Additionally, Schedule meetings
- Furthermore, Handle travel arrangements
- Besides that, Answer phones and screen/direct calls
- More so, Take meeting minutes
- Afterwards, Conduct research
- Thereafter, Assist visitors
- Not just that but also maintain contact lists
- Last but not least, Distribute memos
- Finally, Review, organize, and answer emails
