POSITION: Operation & Admin Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and execute processes that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative tasks.
• Ensure adherence to organizational rules, procedures, and stated internal controls.
• Coordinate with other departments to finish projects on time and within budget.
• Act as a link between administrative personnel and management.
• Create and manage departmental documents, such as standard operating procedures and job instructions.
• Oversee and coordinate meetings, activities, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor and manage the departmental budget.
• Provide training and support to employees to ensure that they have the essential skills to perform their job functions effectively.
• Assist with specific tasks as needed.

Required Skill or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable fields.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Demonstrated ability to handle many projects simultaneously, with expertise in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments and teams.
