Ghanaian actor turned Politician, John Dumelo has begged Ghanaians to forgive him over the wild comments he made to some NDC supporters few days ago.
The Parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon has apologized for choosing wrong words at a point in his campaign.
Few days ago, a video surfaced on social media where John Dumelo addressed some party supporters and said that they will beat up anyone who is caught trying to cheat during the upcoming December polls.
The comments he made was condemned by Ghanaians.
The described the comments he made as inappropriate and violent which will not help make peace rain. Many people asked the politician to to apologize for his choice of words because they want to have a peaceful elections.
John Dumelo, upon reflecting on what he said and e implications it can cause, has apologized stating that he is a man of peace and would not in anyway incite violence during and after the elections.
He tweeted: “I’m whole heartedly sorry for my said video. I’m a man of peace and will always promote peace. Let’s make Ghana and Ayawaso West a better place
