A reputed company located in Accra requires serious, smart, and experienced staff for the following post: Sales Officers

Responsibilities:

• Firstly, Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Secondly, Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.
• Thirdly, Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Moreover, Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Additionally, Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Then, Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Afterwards, Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Finally, Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

QUALIFICATION:

• A minimum of Diploma or HND Degree
• And also, Over two years working experience.
