A Newly Built Hospital in GA South District is seeking to recruit candidates for the following position: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Firstly, Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Secondly, Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Thirdly, Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Moreover, Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Finally, Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

QUALIFICATION

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.
