Job Vacancy For Administrative Assistant at Raegan Advisors
Raegan Advisors is searching for young, confident, outgoing, persistent and self-motivated qualified individuals to join their team as Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To begin with, Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Then, Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Also, Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Moreover, Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- In addition, Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Afterwards, Greet and assist visitors.
- Last but not least, Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Besides the above, Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Salary: Ghc 1500 (net) per month
Requirements:
- BSc/BA Or Equivalent Qualification
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
