JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire a marketing and business development associate on a contract basis. This position requires an individual who has experience managing client relationships and identifying leads in the field of technology.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage marketing campaigns for IBG TECH and its business initiatives (HUSH 2.0, JOB MATCH, SHOEBBLER).
- Achieve monthly client acquisition targets in line with the company objective
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the target market,
- Identify business opportunities and growth drivers.
- Build successful relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining and improving existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure quick and efficient service delivery and to maximize business reach and potential
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. or MSc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge and understanding of the market and field of business.
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Talented negotiator
