Job Description
To provide an overall support in the day-to-day sales and administrative operations to meet the sales and business development strategy.
The role also provides assistance as a liaison for building customer relations
General Duties:
- Facilitate Sales administration and delivery of sales services as approved by the company
- Ensure accurate creation and management of contracts
- Support the scheduling, loading and dispatch of Olein and Gum
- Ensure proper handling and filing of contract documents
- Follow up on all deliveries and supply with logistics team
- Arrange and schedule meetings on behlaf of the General Manager
- Ensure effective management of sales contract and Sales order in SAP
- Manage all sales contracts in SAP, and ensure input of pricing and data.
- Laisse with customs to facilitate smooth export of products
- Check transactions and maintain accurate export documentations
Knowledge and Technical Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft office
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge in the use of SAP accounting software

Education/Experience
- Degree in Business Management/marketing or its equivalent.
Previous Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
