We are a wholesale Company located at Ogbojo East Legon, Boundary Road, Accra, Ghana. Our main activities include the wholesale of Pharmaceuticals and Laboratory products in Ghana and Nigeria.
Moreover, We offer an internship program to graduate and undergraduate students. The purposes of this internship are to provide interns with the opportunity to gain practical experience in their field of study, to provide exposure to work life and human diversity, harness the differences in organizational culture, to provide guidance and mentorship in diverse career path, and to identify potentials that can grow the organization.
Also, We are currently hiring a graduate intern in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT for a period of six months to one year, which could lead to a full-time job based on their performance during the internship period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To begin with, Assist HR Manager in the conception and implementation of policies and SOPs
- Then, Screen resumes and application forms
- Also, Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Furthermore, Prepare HR-related reports
- Additionally, Organizing Company events
- Afterwards, Coordination of new hire orientation
- Last but not least, Preparing and sending rejection/acceptance emails to candidates
- Finally, Updates our employees’ database
Allowance
Interns will be given a stipend during their internship period.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate intern
- Completed NSS
- Excellent Organization and administration skills
- BBA in HRM or similar field
- Basic knowledge of the Ghana labor law
- Detail-oriented
- Stay at east legon or the surrounding areas will be an advantage
