POSITION: Teachers (Nursery 1 to SHS 1)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons to Nursery 1 through JHS 1 students.
• Create and implement an innovative and dynamic curriculum to satisfy the educational needs of students.
• Students’ performance is assessed and evaluated on a regular basis through tests, assignments, and exams.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and learning.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate varied learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators to improve teaching methods and student support.
• Attend school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate and current records of student performance, attendance, and behaviour.
• Ensure every student’s safety and well-being at all times.

Required Skill or Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a closely connected discipline.
• A valid teacher’s certificate or license.
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience, particularly in early childhood and primary education.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate instructional approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
• Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Proficient in using technology to educate and learn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
