Job Summary
In your role as a Key Accounts Executive at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will strategically enhance the awareness and generate demand for the company’s products, ensuring consistent and optimal availability in the market and across various institutions like hospitals and clinics (including tenders).
Main outputs:
- Performs customer segmentation in hospitals and clinics according to the Company’s guidelines to determine the best tools and frequency.
- Keeps databases of hospitals and clinics current to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of customer needs for timely fulfillment.
- Stays current with the latest product information for medical professionals, KOLs, and pharmacists in different hospitals and clinics.
- Showcases and discusses company offerings with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders during in-person meetings and/or group presentations.
- Comprehends the market insights of each institution’s business (Hospitals and Clinics) to guarantee the fulfillment of both short-term and long-term business goals
- Works with the Marketing team to enhance outcomes promptly and remains receptive to feedback and ideas to boost market penetration.
- Following all Corporate Policies and Procedures, while performing job-related tasks with honesty and commitment to high standards of business ethics.
Key Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
- 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
