POSITION: Fraud Awareness Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Fraud detection involves monitoring logistics transactions and operations to identify potential fraudulent behaviour.
- Conduct a comprehensive inquiry into suspicious activity and collect evidence.
- Prevention: Create and implement fraud prevention techniques and procedures to reduce risks.
- Education: Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on how to detect and report fraud.
- Reporting: Create full reports on detected fraud cases and communicate the findings to management.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments and external organizations to ensure a comprehensive fraud prevention strategy.
- Policy Review: Conduct regular reviews and updates on the organization’s fraud prevention policies and processes.
- Data Analysis: Use specialist software and techniques to analyze data and find patterns in fraudulent activity.
- Customer Support: Offer assistance and support to clients who may have been victims of fraud.
