The Opportunity

We are now seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Ghana office. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the seamless movement of goods, manage critical documentation, and ensure timely delivery from origin to destination. You will be the vital link between suppliers, shipping partners, and customers, guaranteeing efficient and compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end flow of shipments. Your core duties will include:

Coordination & Communication: You will coordinate the entire movement of goods, working directly with shipping companies, warehouses, and retailers to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
Order & Inventory Management: You will handle order processing from receipt to fulfillment and manage inventory levels to prevent both shortages and overstocking.
Shipment Tracking & Documentation: A primary responsibility involves tracking shipments in real-time and providing clear updates to clients. You will also prepare and manage all essential shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
Compliance & Problem Resolution: You will ensure full compliance with international customs and trade regulations. Furthermore, you will proactively address and resolve any transit issues, such as delays or damages.
Cost Management & Analysis: You will manage transportation costs, identify savings opportunities, and analyze logistics data to find trends and improve operational efficiency.
Customer Service: You will provide outstanding service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
