Paracorp Limited is a fast growing private company specializing in the supply of quality and affordable polymers for plastic production.

The company is located in Accra and is seeking to employ result-oriented candidates as Sales Executives.

 Qualification and required skills

• A graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of Second Class Upper preferably in Marketing, Material Science and Engineering or any related field
• Must have completed National Service
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant work experience in the polymer industry or related fields
• Must have strong verbal communication skills and good interpersonal relationships
• Passionate about the Polymer industry and sales of plastic raw materials and products
• Excellent sales, distribution and marketing techniques
• Proficiency in English and any other Ghanaian language is a plus
• Enthusiastic, Honest and Self-motivated
• Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with the dealers and customers
• Able to work with little supervision with proven expertise managing a team

Job Description

• Selling products and meeting sales target
• Identify, establish and develop new business partners (customers)
• Build good relationship with customers
• Keep company updated on competitor trends
