POSITION: Sales Coordinator

Job Overview
- Role: Sales Coordinator
- Kumasi: Location
- Reports To: Sales Manager of the Sector
Main Duties:
Customer Management:
- Handling customer queries received through phone calls, emails, and online channels.
- Refreshing customer details within systems.
- Arranging sales meetings and subsequent follow-ups.
- Managing customer grievances and addressing concerns.
Sales Assistance:
- Crafting sales proposals and presentations for sales representatives.
- Creating sales reports and examining sales data to uncover trends.
- Keeping sales resources such as brochures and promotional materials updated
Team Coordination
- Organizing training sessions for the sales team and offering continuous assistance.
- Overseeing the calendars of the sales team and monitoring each salesperson’s performance.
- Conveying crucial sales updates and details to the sales team.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Keeping organized storage for sales paperwork and client information
- Overseeing expenses and budgets related to sales.
- Aiding in the organization of activities related to sales events.
Group assignments:
- Offer assistance on any ongoing project-related tasks that help achieve the overall sales objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Office Administration, or a similar area.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administration or office management position, ideally within an IT software solutions context in a Fintech service setting.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills: Capable of handling several tasks at once and prioritizing efficiently with a sharp attention to detail.
- Superb written and oral communication abilities to interact efficiently with customers and coworkers.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office administration software.
- Having a fundamental understanding of finance and human resource principles is beneficial.
- Fundamental grasp of the sales process. Understanding of sales processes, prospecting, and closing strategies.
- Abilities in problem-solving and working autonomously.
